Ingredients:

» 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

» 1 cup granulated sugar

» 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop. Allow it to cool slightly.

3. Add the granulated sugar to the melted butter and mix well.
