These zesty cooked potatoes made with stew powder and different flavors are a slight variety to standard home fries. I make these hot spuds for breakfast each Sunday, and my family loves them! 



Use a mix of pantry flavors to make the best flavoring for potatoes that will add a kick to supper.

Preparation Time: 10 Min |  Cooking Time: 25 min  |  Serves: 4

Ingredients:

⋟ Boiled Potatoes(cut in cubes): 500 gms

⋟ Olive Oil: 1 Tbsp

⋟ Salt: To Taste

⋟ Olive Oil: 1 Tbsp

⋟ Garlic cloves(crushed): 6-8

⋟ Green Chilly(chopped): 3-4

⋟ Coriander Leaves(chopped): 1/4 cup

⋟ Lemon Juice: Few drops

Method:

Step 1: 

Preheat fryer to 200 degrees. Spray about 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle salt on potatoes.

Step 2:

Place them in basket fryer, set timer 25 minutes and temperature to 180 degrees. Roast the potatoes till golden.

Step 3:

Meantime heat the oil in a pan and add crushes garlic and green chilly. Let them turn golden for 3 minutes.

Step 4:

Add garlic and chilly in the roasted potatoes. at the end of cooking add coriander leaves, lemon juice and serve.
