These zesty cooked potatoes made with stew powder and different flavors are a slight variety to standard home fries. I make these hot spuds for breakfast each Sunday, and my family loves them!

Ingredients:
â‹Ÿ Boiled Potatoes(cut in cubes): 500 gms
â‹Ÿ Olive Oil: 1 Tbsp
â‹Ÿ Salt: To Taste
â‹Ÿ Olive Oil: 1 Tbsp
â‹Ÿ Garlic cloves(crushed): 6-8
â‹Ÿ Green Chilly(chopped): 3-4
â‹Ÿ Coriander Leaves(chopped): 1/4 cup
â‹Ÿ Lemon Juice: Few drops
Method:
Step 1:
Preheat fryer to 200 degrees. Spray about 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle salt on potatoes.
Step 2:
Place them in basket fryer, set timer 25 minutes and temperature to 180 degrees. Roast the potatoes till golden.
Step 3:
Meantime heat the oil in a pan and add crushes garlic and green chilly. Let them turn golden for 3 minutes.
Step 4:
Add garlic and chilly in the roasted potatoes. at the end of cooking add coriander leaves, lemon juice and serve.
