Tips:

Substitute 1/2 cup of nuts for the dark chocolate for a different flavor. You can store the cookies in the glass container with the lid and warm them for 15 seconds in a microwave oven before serving.

Ingredients:
൭ Wheat Flour: 125 gr.
൭ Cane Sugar: 100 gr.
൭ White Sugar: 100 gr.
൭ Cocoa Powder: 60 gr.
൭ Egg: 1
൭ Dark Chocolate(cut into pieces): 60 gr.
൭ Baking Powder: 1tsp
൭ Baking Soda: 1tsp
൭ Salt(A pinch): 1
൭ Butter(unsalted): 2 tbsp
൭ Vanilla sugar: 1 tsp
൭ 1 piece of aluminum foil to line the bottom of the frying basket.

Method:

Step 1: 
Mix all the ingredients(except chocolate) by had in the bowl until you can form balls from the mixture. Add more flour if necessary to form an event mixture.

Step 2:
Roll out the batter on a flat surface and sprinkle with the piece of dark chocolate. Mix again well.

Step 3:
Form approx. 3cm large cookies. Cover the frying basket with aluminum foil. Place the cookies apart in the frying basket covered with aluminum foil(about 1.5cm between the cookies).

Step 4:
Bake 3/4 cookies(depending on the space) at a time for 5 minutes at medium heat (160° C- 180° C ).Depending on your preference , you can bake cookies for 2 minutes for a crisper result.

Step 5:
Use an appropriate kitchen utensil to remove the cookies and let them cool on a tray.
