Dark Chocolate Cake With Soft Hearth

Tips:

໑ Shift the dry ingredients into a large bowl first to avoid any hard lumps caused during storage, while getting more air into the mixture.

໑ Then add in your wet in ingredients. Just keep in mind that the cake batter is very thin. Don't induce to add more flour as this is what makes the cake super soft and moist.

໑ Super-fine cake flour can be used if you have it for an even softer crumb but it is not necessary.

Ingredients:

໑ Excellent quality dark chocolate: 120 gr

໑ Butter: 80 gr

໑ Sugar: 80 gr

໑ Eggs: 2

໑ Pinch of salt: 2

໑ Flour: 20 gr

໑ Vanilla essence: few drops

໑ Muffin Cups: 4

໑ Butter: As per taste

໑ Bitter Cocoa: As per taste

Method:

Step 1: 

Melt the dark chocolate in the double boiler with the butter and allow to cool slightly.

Step 2:

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, add salt, and then add the melted chocolate with the butter.

Step 3:

Add the sifted flour to the mixture. Mix everything vigorously, add vanilla essence.

Step 4:

Butter and sprinkle the 4 muffin cups with cocoa. Pour the mixture into the cups.

Step 5:

Preheat the fryer or oven to 200°  for 6 to 8 minutes. Bake the mini cakes, setting the fryer or over time to 10 minutes. As soon as cooking is over, take out the mini cakes.

Step 6:

Turn them over to the serving dish, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
